Our PECVD Project Gains the Award for 2012 Shenzhen Scientific and Technological Advancement

According to the award shortlist of 2012 Shenzhen Scientific and Technological Advancement published by Shenzhen science and technology innovation committee on July 11th, 2013, it is going to award our “PD-380 series horizontal PECVD” project for the second prize of Scientific and Technological Advancement of project development. After the publishment, it will be authorized by Science and technology awards committee and submitted to Shenzhen government to get its approval. We receive the award on Otc.31st, 2013.    

This award is the great acceptance of our project. We will insist on the principle of “advance in technology”, and contribute on the progress of new energy industry.
