1. Professional Equipment Installation & Commissioning Team

Highly professional after-sales team to offer equipment installation and commissioning, with rich experience at customers' sites in China and internationally, available for completing the installation and commissioning of equipment and deliver to customer on time with quantity and quality guaranteed.

2. Comprehensive Pre-sales and After-sales Services

To provide comprehensive and in-depth services, with specialized personnel to provide suggestions, products technical specifications and technical training on design of products according to customer’s requirements and needs in early stage of the project. Later the after-sales personnel will be responsible for the on-site serviceat each customer site, providing quality services for trouble shooting, maintenance and technical upgrading.

3. Efficient Service Response Mechanism

Keep close contact and establish smooth communication channels with customers, set up trouble shooting groups and materials support groups, respond promptly to abnormal feedbacks and send materials required by customers in time.

4. Flexible Service Plans

A regional project leader will be deployed and control the project personnel and a spare parts warehouse or a regional spare parts warehousewill be set up at customer site to ensure the timely supply of spare parts. For International projects, a special remote support team will conduct equipment commissioning and abnormal after-sales maintenance through remote guidance when personnel cannot reach the project sites outside China.
