The Successful Completion of Civil-military Friendly Basketball Game

In the coming Army Day, the annual party——Friendly Basketball Game between our company and Henggang Fire Squadron was held on July 28th, 2015 in the Fire squadron basketball court as scheduled. Our company’s and Fire Squadron’s leaders came to watch and instruct the game.

At the beginning of the game, our company’s players took the initiative and passed the ball quickly, rushing to the basket with vigorous and skillful action and scored continuously. Subsequently, two team players quickly put in best performance and were full of energy. They tried to score all the time, both offensive and defensive, shooting the basket accurately and agilely. Both team members were enthusiastic and played fiercely.

Players attacked continuously with good teamwork and contended for every single score. They leveled the scores for many times. During the game, the atmosphere was promoted to climax again and again by the highlight of three-point shot, defending against shooting, tackling the ball and penalty shot. They were on a par with each other. The game stabilized at a dead heat. Toward the end of the second half, our company’s players greatly cooperated, defended and attacked effectively, and finally won the game by the score 70:63.
      The friendly basketball game not only displays team spirits of two teams, but also enhances communications and understanding between Fire Squadron and our company What’s more, it promotes the development of civil-military unity.
