The Conversion Efficiency of the Newest Type AT Cell Project Breaks 18%

As photovoltaic industry is developing at a fast speed, how to improve the cell transfer efficiency has become a key problem to be solved among the intra-industry. On the date of July5th, 2013, we get an inspiring new: in the latest high efficiency AT cell project, the conversion efficiency breaks 18%!

With the whole company’s effort, we gain significant breakthrough in cell conversion efficiency. First, on the base of finishing every separate technology study, and then research and integrate the advanced technologies of A2, Z2, DP, PERL back passivation and etc. Through 10 times experiments and researches, we study out the latest type AT cell in the last experiment, through standard test, its average conversion efficiency has broken 17.95%, among them, the highest is 18.15%.

No pain no gain!  This success is another new milestone of our company; we regard it as an inspiration, which make us pursue more perfect work.
