Shenzhen S.C New Product Launch was Successfully Held in Changzhou

On November 25th, a sunny and warm day, Shenzhen S.C New Product Launch was successfully held in Changzhou Intercontinental Hotel where the Company released a number of new products, with more than 300 invited guests in attendance.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Li Shijun, co-founder of Shenzhen S.C and director of the Strategic Research Office, delivered a speech on the development and future blueprint of PV industry, and showed our firm determination to develop in PV industry. Then, the New Product Launch officially started.

In the first half of the Launch, there are four speakers announcing new products for turnkey solutions.

Dr. Chen Qilin, product director of Shenzhen S.C, who was the first person to give a product presentation, introduced the whole production line solutions of manufacturing equipment for perovskite and tandem solar cells.

Shenzhen S.C’s equipment solutions for this technical route are characterized by sustainable and innovative. Sustainability refers to meeting customers with equipment needs for sustainable development, and innovation refers to the innovative Perovskite Cells Coating Equipment (Five-in-One) and the innovative Integrated Mass Production Equipment. Dr. Chen Qilin emphasized that Shenzhen S.C’s whole production line solution for perovskite and tandem solar cells is the preferred solution for customers to save costs.

Mr. Yi Zhikai, Product Director of HJT Solar Cells Pilot R&D Department of Changzhou S.C, who was the second person to give a product presentation, introduced the whole production line solutions of high-efficiency HJT solar cells.

Mr. Yi Zhikai shared with you the Company’s HJT solar cells technology for mass production equipment, as well as diversified technical routes on this topic. He also reported on the current status of the Company’s HJT pilot line, in which an encouraging data was disclosed: the efficiency of our 720W module reached 25.1% as certified by TÜV SÜD. At present, Chanzhou S.C continues to invest in the R&D of this technology in order to achieve higher efficiency.

Mr. Li Junyang, Deputy General Manager of Horizontal Equipment Division of Shenzhen S.C, who was the third person to give a product presentation, introduced the whole production line solutions of high-efficiency BC cells.

In this respect, Mr. Li introduced the BC cells manufacturing equipment technology at the Launch, and put forward BC cells solutions based on different technical routes, conveying Shenzhen S.C’s confidence and commitment to innovating and improving the technology of the whole production line solutions of high-efficiency BC cells.

Dr. Sheng Jiang, Technical Director of Flexible Film Products Division of Shenzhen S.C, who was the fourth person to give a product presentation, introduced the whole production line copper foil solutions of composite current collector.

Dr. Sheng Jiang introduced the Company’s technology and innovations in Flexible Winding Equipment. He laid stress on the performance and technical parameters of Vacuum Double-sided Winding Sputtering Copper Plating Equipment, Horizontal Winding Plating Equipment, and Composite Current Collector High-speed Slitting Machine, made a detailed analysis of the application and market environment of Flexible Winding Equipment, and made a full market outlook.

Second Half of the Launch

In the second half of the Launch, the R&D leaders of each division continued to release the latest equipment, including Wafer Cleaning Equipment, Plus Series Wet Chemical Equipment, Large-capacity PECVD Equipment for HJT Solar Cells, Perovskite Solar Cells Deposition Equipment (5-in-1), Perovskite Solar Cells Coater, and Laser Scriber for Perovskite Solar Cells. 

The new products released above are closely in line with the current technical focus and future industry trends, both in terms of mechanical design and process development. These high-performance, high-quality new products are the result of years of hard work by S.C’s R&D team, as well as the unremitting pursuit of high-efficiency and low-cost technology. It shows that S.C helps partners reduce investment costs, improve production efficiency, and maximize customer value.
