It is different from traditional rotary printer with rotary platform by 90o, the linear printer adopts high-speed linear motor for transmission which wafer is transferred on A&B platform alternately, with high precision, high throughput and small footprint.
Equipment Application: Al & Ag paste are printed on the surface of the wafer by screen printing technology, which becomes the positive &negative electrodes after drying and firing.

Compatible with larger wafer size: the printing of larger wafer size can be easily achieved by replace the printing platform, with good compatibility.
