“19th CPC National Congress” Came to S.C

In order to deeply study the guiding principles of 19th CPC National Congress(hereinafter referred to as “the guiding principles”) and put it into action and enrich employees’ spiritual and cultural life, Party Working Committee of Yuanshan Street formed a team and held a conference to publicize the guiding principles in S.C’s third floor conference room on December 14, 2017. Mr Tang Hesheng, the director of Yuanshan Street Party Building Service Center, as the main speaker and administrators of Digital Silicon Valley and S.C’s all department heads and key staff attended this conference, which was totaled more than 30 people.

At 3:00pm, the conference started as scheduled. Firstly, the speaker introduced the conference theme through two videos. One is “President Xi's Personal Charm Presentation Speech”, which introduced president Xi always putting the national interests first, persisting in the people's democratic dictatorship and working hard to build a well-off society in recent years; the other is "The History of Modern China", which made people present review the the history of national development in the past 200 years and witness the history of a humiliated nation awakening, rising and being growing stronger. After watching the video, all the people present were excited and applauded warmly to expressed their great pride and feeling for our powerful people and prosperous country.

Secondly, the speaker explained the guiding principles and essential of the 19 CPC National Congress, which made it clear that CPC is the ruling party who works for Chinese people’s happiness and always coexists with the people. Then he gave a further explanation and analysis of the guiding principles together with the business management of S.C. For enterprises, they should establish the concept of safety development, carry forward the idea of "Life First, Safety First" and insist on the management method of “6S”; enterprises are encouraged to develop new energy and they should treated environment as life; the guiding principles also arouse and protect the entrepreneurship and encourage enterprises to independently innovate. For employees, especially the livelihood issues, the guiding principles put forward that houses are for living not speculation and everyone should have his own home to live; employees should improve the craftsmanship spirit and create the social custom of labor glory and realizing life value and excelsior professional ethics.

The speaker was full of enthusiasm while the people present studied the guiding principles seriously and raised questions when puzzled during the whole conference. Finally, the conference came to the end in a warm atmosphere.
